Legendary Canadian singer songwriter Neil Young is to play in Leeds next summer.
The veteran performer, who has a career spanning more than 50 years, will perform at the First Direct Arena on June 10, 2016.
He will be joined by a backing band featuring Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real.
Recent concerts in the USA have been extremely well received with Young having delighted fans by playing old favourites like “Cortez the Killer” and “Alabama”.
Young’s career started with Buffalo Springfield before he began a long-running solo career, producing such classic albums as Harvest, After the Goldrush and On the Beach.
The Leeds date is one of only two shows he is playing in England next year. Tickets go on sale from 9am on Friday (18 Dec).
