Motorists hit by delays after collision near White Rose Centre

MOTORISTS ARE caught up in long delays this evening following a collision between two cars near the White Rose Centre in Leeds.

Tailbacks have been reported in the Elland Road area, from the scene of the collision which occurred at around 5.15pm on the southbound A653 Dewsbury Road.

A Honda Civic and a Ford Focus collided on the road, near the roundabout with the southern end of the White Rose Centre.

West Yorkshire Police said none of the occupants of either car were injured in the collision.
