Motorists and bus users face delays as traffic congestion grips Leeds city centre
Motorists and bus passengers are facing rush-hour travel headaches in the middle of Leeds this evening.
Bus operator First says “heavy congestion” in the city centre is causing delays of up to 45 minutes.
Events taking place in Leeds tonight include the First Direct Arena’s staging of this year’s ARIAS, the radio industry’s flagship awards ceremony.
