A model work of art for £69,000?

THIS HENRY MOORE maquette - or scale model - is expected to fetch £69,000 at the Antiques and Fine Art Fair at Harewood House near Leeds.

It is among a number of items to be sold at the sale supported by Knight Frank, Masons Yorkshire Gin and Wilson Mitchell & Co Ltd.Other items include a private post box from a country house and dating from the 1860s.

It may fetch a total of £2,450.

To help celebrate the Queen’s official 90th birthday there is plenty of Royal memorabilia such as a rare early 19th century English enamel patch box (for 
storing beauty spots) showing the late Princess Charlotte (1806-1816), daughter of King George III and wife of Prince Frederick of Württemberg, circa 1816-17, from J A Yarwood Antiques of Skipton. It may sell for £895.
