A SCHOOLGIRL from Tadcaster who went missing from home at the weekend has been found safe and well in Leeds.

Police isued an appeal for information on Sunday afternoon after 13-year-old Lilibeth Ambler-Lomax was reported missing.

She had been due to catch a train from Huddersfield railway station to York after visiting her father.

Lilibeth was found by North Yorkshire Police officers at a bus station in Leeds just after 4pm today (Tues Dec 13) after travelling north on a bus from the south west of England.
