Meet the Leeds food entrepreneurs who've got Yorkshire all wrapped up!
A pair of foodie entrepreneurs who scored a hit with the ultimate Tyke treat are aiming to hit the road with their latest venture.
The Market Wraps team - made up of Hunslet lad Carl Denning and business partner Rob Fowler - have become familiar faces at Leeds food markets, serving up their delicious roast beef and braised pork in cider with trimmings in a huge Yorkshire pudding.
But now, to coincide with the project’s 5th birthday, the pair have decided to open The Market Wraps Allotment - actually a vintage horsebox which they have converted into a kitchen. Carl said the next mission is “to take our horsebox around Yorkshire and then around the UK, and let everyone know how amazing Yorkshire cuisine is”.
