FANS of sci-fi epic Star Wars are expected to flock to an exhibition in Leeds today (May 4).

FullCircle Gallery on Kirkstall Road, Leeds will play host to the exhibition, which will feature a huge display of vintage Star Wars toys, 100 card figures, boxed vehicles and original work supplied by more than 30 artists.

May 4 has become internationally recognised as Star Wars Day, playing on one of the film series’ most famous lines “May The Force be with you”.

The exhibition runs from 6pm tonight (May 4) and finishes on Sunday. (May 6)

All art will be available to purchase on a first come first served basis. There will also be vintage collectibles available to purchase and live music by the Cantina Band. The evening will culminate with a screening of Star Wars.
