A man was freed from a car and rushed to hospital after a road collision.

West Yorkshire Fire Service said two vehicles were involved in the crash on Foundry Approach, Harehills, at around 9.50pm yesterday. (Feb 3)

The man was trapped in one of the vehicles when emergency crews arrived.

He was freed from the car and taken to hospital by ambulance.
