St Martin’s GP Practice in Chapeltown Road, near Chapel Allerton Hospital, has secured planning permission to convert and extend St Martin’s House.

The building will be refurbished and an extension will be added so the practice can have more space, a nicer waiting area, lifts and a car park.

Specialist health care developer Mayfair North has partnered with the practice over the plans, which were displayed at the Polish Catholic Centre on Newton Hill Road yesterday.

Patients can view the plans in the waiting room of the existing surgery from Monday. Visit stmartinspracticeleeds.nhs.uk.
