Magnet Leeds team's dash for charity

A team from Magnet Kitchens cooked up a successful fundraising plan when they signed up for Leeds Abbey Dash.

The employees from Magnet offices in Leeds and Darlington and parent company Nobia in Sweden raised £4,275 for Leeds Children’s Charity, which supports children aged seven to 11 who have suffered from abuse, poverty, neglect or who are young carers.

The Leeds Abbey Dash saw 12,000 participants run 10k through the city centre.

Marketing manager Charis Hawkins said: “Supporting Leeds Children’s Charity is very important to us and the work they do in the local area is invaluable.”
