Leeds's Harvey Nichols is doing Veganuary
The luxury department store said it had noticed a trend among diners asking for clean and healthier dishes so opted to try Veganuary itself.
In the Fourth Floor Café, guests can choose from dishes including warm salad, pickled vegetables, beetroot jelly, apple crisps and artichokes to start, followed by yeast-roasted cauliflower, almonds and fried potatoes.

And of course you can wash it all down with a range of vegan wines or fizz.

“We have created a vegan menu to promote healthier eating and showcase delicious seasonal ingredients. Great food does not have to be dependent on meat and vegan dishes can be enjoyed by all.”
