Leeds United: Three men charged following disorder at Barnsley derby match

Three men have been charged with affray following disorder at a football derby match between Leeds United and Barnsley FC.

Police said the alleged disorder happened during a game between the two clubs at Barnsley's Oakwell Stadium on Saturday, January 21.

Today (Thursday), South Yorkshire Police said three man have now been charged with affray.

The men charged are Neville Parks, 47, of Pastures Road, Doncaster, Arron Hirst, 24, of Chatsworth Road, Athersley South, Barnsley and Daniel McKeegan, 27, of Carr Furlong, Athersley North, Barnsley.

Police said they will appear at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, April 5.
