Leeds United join EFL '˜Stand up for Choice' campaign

Leeds United have joined the EFL and Football Supporters' Federation's '˜Stand up for Choice' campaign which will poll supporters across the Football League over whether they are in favour of re-introducing safe standing at games.

The survey is designed to give supporters of all clubs across the EFL the opportunity to have their say on whether the would like the opportunity to stand during football games.

The Whites have joined the campaign by asking fans to fill out the survey and give their views on whether they would like to see safe standing introduced at Elland Road.

Leeds have revealed it is an area in which they are open to discussion with Leeds United Supporters Trust [LUST] Chariman Steve White telling the official club website: "We are delighted that the EFL are discussing the issue of safe standing, it is something we have been championing on behalf of our members for quite some time.

"We now look forward to further collaboration with the club and the EFL to help generate the best environment to safely enjoy watching football for supporters of all ages."
