The new-look Killingbeck store will include a fresh layout, a McGee’s meat counter, a pizza counter and a fresh fish counter.

Andy Fryer, general store manager at Asda Killingbeck on Killingbeck Drive, said: “This is an exciting time for our store being one of the first in the chain to go through a complete transformation this year.

“We’re looking forward to providing an extended range of fresh, quality food to our customers who I’m sure will be bowled over by our new layout, which makes the big shop an easier task.

“I’m really excited that when the remodel is complete we will have new bakery, pizza and fish counters, as well as the new and exclusive meat offering made possible by our McGee’s concession.

“Our store colleagues will be working hard throughout the remodel to ensure there is as little disruption as possible to customers while Asda Killingbeck receives its makeover.”
