Irish rockers The Script are heading for the First Direct Arena in Leeds.

Danny O’Donoghue and co have announced a concert at the £60m venue on February 24 next year.

Tickets for the show are priced from £27.50 and go on sale at 9am next Friday, September 26.

Tickets went on sale today for songbird Paloma Faith’s gig at the arena on March 21 next year.

Artists playing the venue between now and the end of 2014 include Ed Sheeran, Jack White, Kasabian, James, Bryan Adams, Slash, The Who, Michael Bublé, Status Quo and Madness.
