A bag pack at Morrisons in Kirkstall has raised vital funds for charity Sue Ryder’s Wheatfields Hospice.

The team helped out customers in return for donations as part of National Collection Day for Hospice Care Week.

Money collected will go towards the charity’s end-of-life care services, and staff at the store joined in by wearing ‘blue for Sue’.

Hospice volunteers have thanked the supermarket team for their involvement, especially the store’s community champion Jane Parkin who welcomed them to the shop floor.
