Prashad restaurant owner, Bobby Patel.

Bobby Patel, owner of Prashad’s restaurant in Drighlington, is taking part in the Run For All Leeds 10k challenge this summer.

His dad Mohan, 67, was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma last year and Bobby wants to “give something back” to honour the support the family have received.
He said: “The reason behind it is my dad is just overcoming cancer, he is at the last stages of his treatment.

“I’ll always be grateful for the national health service that we have.”
