Lee Williams. Brotherhood, great bar and atmosphere.

Jared Carlson. I love watching football at Shooters Bar in Leeds, off the Headrow. It’s always busy with a great atmosphere and they have at least 10 different screens so they show different games at the same time, it’s great.”

Moira Smith. I will be watching the Euro 2016 games at the Original Oak in Headingley. It’s really easy to get to - just off the main Otley Road and they have a huge screen in the garden of the pub.”

Simon Johnson. I think I’ll go to Brotherhood near Merrion Street. They have a lot of television and its perfect if you want to sit with a pint and enjoy a good match.”

Kenny Fredericks. The Box in Headingley is brilliant for live sports. They have an upstairs and a downstairs and it can get busy but is not always full so there’s usually somewhere to sit down with family or friends. They have a lot of beers and the sound is great.”

Richard Beecham. The Brotherhood of Pursuits and Pastimes. I always used to be put off it by its name, but having been to watch football there several times recently, I honestly can’t recommend anywhere more. Loads of big screens really high up, so everyone can see, and really nice food to boot. Also Faversham usually has an absolutely brilliant big screen during world cups. Probably worth mentioning that too.

John Michaels. The Duncan, in Duncan Street, is always top draw for a festival atmosphere. Vuvuzelas welcomed, nay encouraged .

Anth Longstaff. 02 Academy has a big screen up for matches.

Samantha Gildea. Millenium Square - not this weekend’s games though due to the triathlon being on.

James Carney. The Brotherhood has screens everyone and can pull a pint better than a lot of sports bars. It is a little more expensive
but better than I would have expected. Shooters has a lot of screens. Certainly more “atmosphere” than “ambiance” but enjoyable.
Sid’s Little Egg down across Leeds Bridge was somewhere I’ve considered going. Big screen downstairs, really good drinks. And Aire Bar has a balcony on the river.

Penny Grange. Mr Foley’s Ale House on The Headrow is always good to watch sport - plenty of TVs and a really great selections of ales and ciders to boot! Definitely worth a go.

Shelly Meredith. Roxy’s. It’s got a great atmosphere and it’s a fun place. Plus, if the football’s boring - or England are losing - you can go play table tennis instead!

Rupert Jones. Tyke Bar on Crown Point Road. The beer is reasonably priced, it’s got loads of room and plenty of screens so everyone’s not forced to crowd in front of television. The atmosphere should be really good.
