Leeds father charged with causing son’s death by dangerous driving

THE FATHER of a seven-year-old boy who died in a road crash last August has been charged with causing his death by dangerous driving.Abdul Mosa, 42, of Woodbridge Lawn, Headingley, Leeds, has been charged with causing his son Alin’s death by dangerous driving and four counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.The Kia Soul Mr Mosa was driving was involved in collision with a Daf lorry on the A20 at Saltwood in Kent on August 29 2014.Mr Mosa’s two other children, a six-year-old son and 19-month-old baby daughter were seriously injured in the accident.Mr Mosa, his 30-year-old wife and the lorry driver were also taken to hospital with serious injuries.Abdul Mosa is due to appear at Canterbury Magistrates’ Court on March 13.
