Leeds city centre road reopened after rush hour crash

A SECTION of Woodhouse Lane near Leeds city centre has been reopened following a collision involving a car and a motorbike.

Police and paramedics were called to deal with a serious accident on the road between Headingley and Leeds city centre just after 8am today (Thurs July 14).

A section of Woodhouse Lane heading inbound towards the city was closed while investigations were carried out at the scene.

The road has now been reopened.

Woodhouse Lane was closed at its junction with Rampart Road and a diversion was is place via Rampart Road.
