Leeds businessman's workforce system is just the digital job

The Jobwatch tool runs on an app system and helps businesses combine back offices more effectively with mobile teams.

It is said to deliver tangible results in areas such as time management, job management, fuel and fleet efficiencies and even health and safety environmental footprints.

Martin, a past winner of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award, said: “Ours is a fast track business, delivering ahead of the curve already in terms of our business objectives.”

As part of its expansion plans, BigChange recently appointed PR firm Frank to raise its profile in the UK business world.

Frank director Richard Medley said: “Martin and team are high on ambition, have a system that makes total sense for any business with a mobile workforce to adopt and have an impressive list of sign ups that will help us tell their story.”

BigChange has set itself a target of reaching a £100m turnover figure within the next five years of trading.

Talking about Frank’s appointment, Martin told Digital City that he hoped the link-up would “drive the talkability we need and showcase our three-in-one revolution for mobile, tracking and back office benefits that firms of all sizes are recognising the need for.”

The YEP recently launched a new Digital City platform in partnership with Sky Betting & Gaming.

The platform is designed to highlight the giant strides being made by a sector that boasts around 3,000 organisations in Leeds.
