Justin Costello, of Huawei, said: “Technology is rapidly changing the way that we live, work and play.

“Instead of working the traditional 9-5, climbing from intern to executive, young people are now turning passions into pounds and exploring multiple skill-sets to build custom careers that are bespoke to them.”

Chris Brauer, director of innovation at Goldsmiths University, said: “The ‘new working order’ draws on a multi-faceted skillset to initiate action, using both technology and human networks in an agile way that helps them to create.”
