Housebuilder's 'Santa keys' for homes without chimneys

A Yorkshire housebuilder is helping Santa deliver festive cheer this Christmas, by giving away ‘magic keys’ to children whose houses don’t have a chimney.

All houses at Bodington Manor in Adel are chimney free, so children who live at the David Wilson Homes' development, and in the surrounding Leeds area, can visit the sales office throughout December to collect their special ‘magic keys’.

Stacey Berkeley, sales manager, said: “We want to ensure that every child knows Santa can reach them this Christmas Eve, including the children who live in our new homes which do not have chimneys. We are urging children to visit our sales office with their parents to pick up their special key before December 24 so everyone can have a magical Christmas!”

Bodington Manor is open 12.30pm – 5.30pm on Mondays, and 10.00am – 5.30pm from Thursday to Sunday. The development is a countryside one of four and five bedroom homes located in the village of Adel.

Other David Wilson Homes developments in the local area that are giving away ‘magic keys’ this December are St John’s Walk in Barnsley, Hewenden Ridge in Cullingworth, Templars Chase in Wetherby and The Paddocks in Skelmanthorpe.
