Headcam footage: How the hedgehog crossed the road
How did the hedgehog cross the road? He was carried there by an eagle-eyed officer who spotted him huddling among the hatch markings.
The policeman from the Bradford Anti-Social Behaviour Bike team dismounted his hog (see what we did there?) and scooped the creature from peril.
As his headcam footage shows, he then assisted the animal to a nearby grass verge on Harrogate Road in Bradford. Let’s hope that was the side the hedgehog was aiming for when he went his Sunday constitutional.
