Head shave to help Yorkshire Breast Cancer Haven

A visitor of the Yorkshire Breast Cancer Haven has shaved her head to raise more than £1,100 for the local support centre.

Sara Williamson was diagnosed with breast cancer in December and after further tests, the only option for her was a mastectomy and lymph node removal, chemotherapy for four and a half months, followed by radiotherapy and herceptin injections for a year. She decided to pre-empt the side-effects of chemotherapy and shave her head.
