Halloween ride-out: 14 people charged over chaos caused in Leeds by motorbikes
Dozens of motorbikes and quad bikes congregated on Kirkstall Road, before a large group broke away and rode through pedestrian areas in the city centre.
The 13 men and one woman have all been charged with causing a public nuisance on October 31, 2016.

Joshua Hawley, aged 22, of Mead Grove, Colton

Ben Colley has also been charged with driving while disqualified and without insurance, while Nicholas Flaherty faces an additional charge of perverting the course of justice.
Operation Dice
All those charged were arrested as part of Operation Dice, an investigation led by Leeds District CID following the incident.
It led to an injunction being granted to Leeds City Council, under Section 1 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, which bans anyone from participating in anti-social driving of motor vehicles, including motorbikes and quad bikes, involving two or more motor vehicles in any public place in the Leeds district.
