Other acts announced today include PVRIS, Creeper, Thursday, Every Time I Die, Knuckle Puck, Crown The Empire and Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes.

Frank Carter already appears to be counting down the days to the bash, saying: “I cannot wait to play Slam Dunk – this has been an incredible couple of years for us, and I can’t think of a better way to start our festival season in 2018 than showing up and absolutely dominating at Slam Dunk.”

Slam Dunk’s northern leg will be staged across various Leeds city centre venues – including Millennium Square – on Saturday, May 26.

The event has two other legs taking place at Hatfield Park near Watford and Birmingham NEC on May 27 and 28 respectively.

Tickets for Leeds are on sale now, priced £49. For more information, visit the www.slamdunkmusic.com website.
