Going...going...gone! Bellway sold out in Seacroft

Bellway Yorkshire has put up the sold out signs at its Parkside development in Leeds – marking the end of a sales period that has seen the Seacroft development consistently rank amongst the national homebuilder’s best-selling sites.

The development, which is located just off South Parkway, featured an impressive selection of two, three and four bedroom homes and two bedroom apartments, all of which boasted modern quality specifications and prices that made them amongst the best value new build homes in the city.

Paula Murdoch, Bellway Yorkshire’s sales manager, said: “We’ve enjoyed some great successes in this area of Leeds before, but the speed with which Parkside established itself as our fastest selling development in Yorkshire and then remained amongst our top performing sites for so long was a pleasant surprise.”

For those who missed out on buying at Parkside, Bellway does still have some great homes available in Leeds. Meanwhile, prices at its recently launched Adel development, The Woodlands, which comprises 13 two bedroom apartments, plus 84 three, four, five and six bedroom homes, begin at £216,995 for apartments and £479,995 for houses.
