It’s a little corner of God’s Own County that is flying the flag for Yorkshire at the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

The garden, which has been commissioned by Welcome to Yorkshire, showcases the county’s stunning scenery, heritage and deep-rooted industries.

Inspired by the medieval Great East Window at York Minster, the garden features a panel of stained glass made using the same methods employed in 1405.

The planting on the upper level celebrates the woodland gardens in the county.
