Flasher exposed himself to woman in Harrogate

POLICE are hunting a flasher who exposed himself and performed a sex act in front of a woman in Harrogate.

The incident happened as the woman was walking in the Pinewoods woodland area near Crag lane at around 3.30pm yesterday. (Sunday November 1)

Police said the suspect is described as a 6ft tall white man of average build in his late thirties. He was wearing a dark baseball cap, a blue waist length duffle coat, a white vest and light blue or grey knee-length shorts.

Police are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen the man to come forward.

Officers would like to speak to an elderly man who was walking his dog and two elderly women who walked past the victim shortly before the time of the incident.
