Have your say

To celebrate Fathers’ Day, the Yorkshire Evening Post has teamed up with top Leeds restaurant Gaucho to arrange for one lucky dad to enjoy a sumptuous dining experience like no other.

In conjunction with the award-winning restaurant, one dad will enjoy a meal there with friends or family worth up to £100.

To be in with a chance of bagging the prize all you need to do is get in touch with us to tell us why your father is the best.

We want to know why your dad means so much to you and your family and if he’s done something special or beyond the call of duty, please tell us.

Or if you just want to tell us how much you love him, please let us know. This is your chance to say ‘thanks dad’. If you can send us a picture too, we will do our best to print it.

So, in a nutshell, you tell us why your dad is so special and we’ve got something special up our sleeves in return.

We will be pulling all the tributes together into one article on Friday June 13.

To let us know please email neil.hudson@ypn.co.uk with ‘thanks dad’ in the subject box. You can tweet us at @NeilHudsonYEP including the hashtag: #thanksleedsdad or write to us at Neil Hudson, Features, Yorkshire Post, Whitehall Road, LS12 1BE. One tribute will be chosen by YEP judges to win the tasty prize.

Separately, the YEP is also running a ‘My Dad’s a Hero’ competition for children aged 12 and under, who are being asked to draw or paint a picture of their dad.

Paintings must reach us by 1pm on Tuesday June 3. For more information on the competition, please see the advertisement on page 31.
