A fundraising war veteran from Leeds who was arrested on suspicion of fraud has had his bail extended.

Former Royal Signalman Simon Buckden, from Bramley, has run several charity marathons and set up a website for sufferers of post-traumatic stress disorder after being medically discharged from the army in 2001.

The 42-year-old was bailed following his arrest in August. It is understood he has been given bail until the new year.
