Pigeon with its head stuck in a McFlurry lid rescued in Leeds

This poor pigeon ended up with the discarded lid of a McDonald's McFlurry trapped around its neck.

The distressed wild pigeon was found in the grounds of Beeston St Luke's C of E Primary School by a teacher, who removed the lid.
