Eddie the Eagle flies into Leeds
people's champion Eddie '˜The Eagle' Edwards will fly into Leeds next week for a special '˜audience with' event.
Eddie is renowned as Britain’s first Olympic (self taught) ski-jumper who missed out on medals by some distance at the 1988 Winter Olympics, but won the hearts of the nation with his positive attitude and down-to-earth persona.
