YOUNGSTERS had a really wild time at a fun day event held at St Cyprian with St James Church in Harehills.

Attractions at the bash included a visit from two donkeys and assorted other animals from Aberford-based Ian’s Mobile Farm.

Other entertainment included craft activities, games and a bouncy castle.

Church warden Gerry Clark said the 100 or so children who turned out for the event in the sunshine had enjoyed a “really fantastic” day.

He also thanked local councillors Roger Harington and Maureen Ingham for their support along with the vicar of St Cyprian with St James, the Rev Amos Kasibante.
