Do you recognise man suspected of sexual assault in Leeds?

This is the man police want to trace after a sexual assault on a woman in Leeds.

Officers are continuing to appeal for information following the incident on a footpath off Middleton Grove, near to the John Charles Centre for Sport, shortly after 9.20am on February 22. 

The 20-year-old victim was walking along the footpath when she overtook a man walking in front of her.

He grabbed hold of her bag and jacket, pulling the victim towards him.

She then noticed he was exposing himself and committing a lewd act.  

The woman managed to break free before running to a member of the public for help while the man continued to expose himself.  

The man was described as white, aged 18 to 20, slim and about 5ft 10in, with shaggy brown hair.

He was described as wearing a black baggy top and grey jogging bottoms with what appeared to be black oil stains all over them. 

Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses or for anyone who recognises the man in the image to get in touch.
