A chain which is bringing its London-based bars up north has created a very Yorkshire cocktail ahead of its opening in Leeds later this month.

Dirty Martini will be serving up a White Rose Martini for a limited time when it opens in what was Atlas Brauhaus on King Street on Saturday November 18.

The drink consists of egg white, coconut water, rose water syrup, lemon juice, dandelion and burdock bitters, Slingsby Gin, garnished with a rosebud.

Inventor Tom Cole, product and training manager said: “The team and I are extremely excited to be bringing Dirty Martini to Leeds and to introduce the White Rose Martini to our menu.

“The White Rose is the iconic symbol of Yorkshire so we made sure the cocktail was a lovely pearly white, we used rose water syrup for flavour and we’re even using a local gin, so I’m sure Leeds will love it.”

There are around 15 other fabulous martinis on the drinks list as well as classic cocktails, wine and champagne and European bottled beers.

To accompany your drinks the menu is set to have olives, flatbreads, halloumi kebabs, mac and cheese bites, beef and cheese sliders or a bit of everything on sharing platters.
