Commuters are facing delays to their services of up to an hour due to a signalling problem.

A routine signalling problem is affecting services between Doncaster and Leeds, with some trains being diverted to York.

In addition Northern Rail services will not run between Doncaster and Wakefield Westgate. Buses have been requested to run between these stations and will be available from approximately 16:20.

The disruption is due to be cleared by 6pm.
