In the video, the man can be seen trying to get into The Calls Sandwich Bar twice before returning later and successfully breaking in.

It happened at about 2am on Friday, November 22 and was discovered by owners Christopher and Matt Barraclough-Watson when they returned to open up at 6.30am.

Police do not believe anything was stolen.

At the time, they said: "Sadly we've come in this morning and found our shop has been broken into and ransacked.

"It's extremely upsetting for us, we've put our heart and soul into building our little independent business and finding it like this is absolutely heartbreaking."

The shop had to close on Friday as police carried out investigations but the determined couple opened up again today.

A Go Fund Me page has now been set up to help the owners pay for the damage to the listed building.

The couple said: "Our good friend Katie Lee has kindly set up a gofundme campaign to help us pay the costs associated with the burglary.

"As our shop is located in a listed building there are two seperate insurance policy's involved and we need to pay the excess on both to sort everything out.

"One to replace the metal door and metal frames damaged by the crowbar (classed as the building structure) and another for the broken 6 foot window panel and business interruption plus floor damage.

"I'll be honest, it's money we don't have and the likely hood of them finding the suspect and us recovering the costs from the court are slim to none.

"I know that also means everyone is saving for Christmas but if anyone can help it would mean the world to us both and take off some of the pressure we're currently under."
