Two suspects have been arrested after a large cannabis farm was found in south Leeds.

Following a tip-off, officers from the Inner South Neighbourhood Policing Team raided a house in Beeston on Friday.

There was a large cannabis farm inside and the electricity had been bypassed.

Two suspects were found inside the house and were arrested on suspicion of the production of cannabis.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "If you have any information in relation to cannabis farms or any other form of criminality, please contact West Yorkshire Police on 101, on line or 999 in an emergency."
