Trapped man rescued by firefighters following Leeds Ring Road crash

A man has been taken to hospital following a crash in Leeds.

It happened on the Inner Ring Road at about 7pm.

West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service were called out after two cars crashed.

A man was trapped inside one of the vehicles.

Firefighters from the Hunslet and Leeds stations rescued the man from the car.

He was taken to hospital by ambulance.
