Residents of Ilkley described seeing teenagers arriving 'laden with booze' on Wednesday before a dispersal order was imposed on the town. The order, which applies to the town centre, gives uniformed officers and police community support officers (PCSOs) the power to direct someone to leave the area and not return to the area for a specified period.
