A teenage girl was robbed by a cyclist who rode up behind her and snatched her phone.

It happened on Call Lane at 8.55am on Friday, July 31.

The 17-year-old girl was walking to work when the man cycled up behind her, grabbed her phone and drove off with it.

Police have today released CCTV images of a suspect they want to identify.

Officers said: "While the image does not show the suspect’s face, officers are hoping someone may recognise him from the clothing and the bike."
