Dunston Dean Wainwright, 35, appeared at Leeds Magistrates' Court this morning (Dec 13) charged with causing Kathleen Wilkinson's death by careless/inconsiderate driving.
It is alleged that Wainwright, of Baileys Lane, Seacroft, caused her death by driving a Mercedes Atego lorry without due care and attention on Main Street, Garforth, on January 23.
No pleas were entered and Wainwright was bailed to appear at Leeds Crown Court on January 10.
