Road closure after pedestrian and cyclist crash causing delays into Leeds

It happened on Stanningley Road, outside Armley Park, on Tuesday, June 18.

The road is down to one Lane.

This is affecting traffic towards Leeds city centre.

Bus services are delayed.

Delays of around 15-20 minutes are expected.

First Bus has warned of cancellations.

First Bus issued an update on Twitter at about 10am. It said: "Rtc with pedestrian and cyclist on Stanningley Road outside Armley Park - affecting traffic inbound to Leeds.

"Road is down to one lane. X6/72/X11 services currently delayed +15-20mins.

"Possible disruption and cancellations may affect some journeys."
