The seizure of the Rambo knife, a taser disguised as a torch and a quantity of heroin were as a direct result of information from the local community.
Officers in Bradford urged the public to continue to report information to neighbourhood police teams.
They posted the images online alongside a #keepingbradfordsafe motto.
