When the couple confronted the man and told him he shouldn't be riding a motorbike in the park, they said he spat on them and threatened to kill their dogs.

"He covered his face and slowed down and asked why we were taking his picture, I told him he shouldn't be in the park on his motorbike.

"He spat on us and said he would take her phone off her, it is from this point my partner started videoing him as he turned around and rode back past us.

"He threatened to kill our dogs that were just a bit further up the path."
