Police make arrest after man taken to hospital with stab wounds in Leeds

A man has been arrested following a stabbing in Leeds.

Police were called to Rigton Approach, Burmantofts, at 10.45pm on Saturday night.

A male had been stabbed and was taken to hospital. His injuries are not life threatening.

Officers arrested a man at the scene and he remains in police custody today (Sunday).

Anyone with information or anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Leeds CID on 101, quoting log 2010.
