Police launch urgent appeal to find missing Leeds woman from Chapel Allerton

Teresa Kaczmrczyk, aged 38, was last seen this morning in the Chapel Allerton area.

Teresa is described as white, with short blonde/grey hair, around 5ft 4ins and of slim build.

She wears glasses, West Yorkshire Police said.

Teresa was wearing a three-quarter length dark green jacket, a black hooded top with a grey/white lining in the hood, black leggings and black trainers with three white stripes when she was last seen.

Anyone who believes they may have seen Teresa or anyone who has information on her whereabouts is asked to contact police on 101, quoting log 441 of 23/09.

UPDATE: Teresa has been found safe and well.
