Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a missing woman from Leeds.

Bronwyn McGowan, 26, was last seen wearing a light brown coat with hood, light blue jeans and white converse trainers.

Detective Inspector Richard Holmes, of Leeds District CID, said: “We are very concerned for Bronwyn’s welfare and urgently need to find her and check that she is okay.

“We are continuing to carry out extensive enquiries to trace her and would like to hear from anyone who has seen her or who has any information that could assist us.”

UPDATE:

Police said: "Bronwyn McGowan, from Leeds, who was the subject of a missing person appeal, has now been found safe and well.

"We are very grateful to everyone who assisted in sharing the appeal."
